Help with Pantona chat, calls, meetings and stories. Pantona is operated by Borderless Security.
Email us at [email protected]. Please include the phone number or email on your account and, if relevant, the name of the user or chat involved. Do not send your password.
If someone is abusive, or you see content that breaks our Terms of Use, report it from inside the app:
A message
Long-press the message in the chat, then tap Report and choose a reason.
A user
Open the chat, tap the contact's name to open their contact info, then tap Report. You can also choose Block from the same screen.
A story / status
While viewing the status, tap the ⋯ menu, then tap Report.
Block
Open the user's contact info and tap Block. A blocked user can no longer contact you.
Unblock
Go to Account → Blocked users, select the user, and tap Unblock.
