Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms", also our End User License Agreement) govern your use of the Pantona mobile apps, web apps and related services, including chat, voice and video calls, meetings, and stories/status updates (together, the "Service"), operated by Borderless Security ("us", "we", or "our").

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's standard terms also apply; these Terms are between you and Borderless Security, not the store operator.

Eligibility and Your Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
  • You may not use the Service if you have previously been banned from it, or if doing so would violate applicable law.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages, media, stories, and other content you send or share. You agree not to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or automated traffic.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Pantona has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post, send, or share content, or behave in a way, that includes:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
  • Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics
  • Any sexual content involving minors, or the sexual exploitation of anyone
  • Graphic violence, incitement to violence, or promotion of self-harm or terrorism
  • Spam, scams, phishing, or malware
  • Any other illegal content or activity

Violations will result in removal of the content and suspension or permanent termination of the offending account, without notice. Where required or appropriate, we report illegal content (including child sexual abuse material) to law enforcement.

Reporting and Blocking

  • You can report any user, message, or story/status directly in the app.
  • You can block any user in the app. Blocked users can no longer contact you through the Service.
  • Our team reviews reported content within 24 hours. Content that breaks these Terms is removed and the responsible accounts are suspended or terminated.

Calls, Meetings and Recordings

Some features let you record calls or meetings. You may only record others with their knowledge and consent, and you are solely responsible for complying with recording and privacy laws that apply to you and to the other participants. If you do not consent to being recorded, leave the call or meeting.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app or via our account deletion page.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not control and are not responsible for content sent by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borderless Security will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above; for material changes we will also notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
